		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more.  There are some guys that I don&#039;t always agree with.  Then there are the ones that make me roll my eyes more often than not.  There are even a few that are just absolutely insane.  I still manage to glean a useful tidbit here and there even from them.</description>

		<description>Good post. U is a thinker. I think that taking the basics and putting them into the individual unique situation. That beign said good ideas from situation A can often be (or lead to) good ideas for situation B.</description>

As much as we would all like to have nice 10-15 acres some where, that is not always possible. So take your nice little .25 acre and make it your safe haven.</description>
